Nick is an associate attorney with Santen & Hughes. He works in a variety of areas, including litigation and estate planning. Nick believes that a lawyer’s role is to protect and defend a client’s best interests, and he is committed to building and maintaining client relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Nick has extensive experience successfully prosecuting and defending lawsuits throughout Ohio and Kentucky, ranging from tort cases, cases involving the dischargeability of debts in bankruptcy proceedings, administrative tax appeals, and collection matters. He handles all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals.
A Cincinnati native, Nick is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, The Ohio State University, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky, and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
